Physical Health
Zumba Classes with Ms. Tee - As a ZIN™ Member since Aug 2019, I absolutely love teaching Zumba classes. The reason is simple: Every class feels like a party! I am currently licensed to teach Zumba, Zumba® Kids, & Kids Jr. Zumba during pregnancy can be a good way of working out as it serves to improve endorphin levels in the body. Endorphins are natural painkillers, so an increase in the level of endorphins can help a pregnant person prepare better for natural childbirth. It can also help to smoothen the process of labor. This is a family Affair! At T.R.A.P. House Doulas we also offer Zumba for kids and families virtually and in-person. Book a session and lets Get Fit, Get Movin Today!

Family Nutrition Chef Chris- With a family of 5 knowing how to make meals enjoyable for the whole fam is my specialty. Introducing my children to new foods is what I do best! As a trained chef I am here to support you and your family with nutritional health that honors culture and makes meal time easy! The first 40 days after birth are important & receiving support during the 4th trimester is just as important as the 1st three. support through meal planning, cooking workshops and postpartum meal prep & delivery. Building community beyond the birth is what we do & eating good delicious food is one way we do just that!
Placenta Encapsulation
The placenta is composed of beneficial hormones, chemicals, iron and proteins. Each birther’s needs are different after giving birth and placenta encapsulation provides different opportunities and benefits based on the physical needs of your body.
